Personnel consulting is a matter of confidence. I work in a discreet, fast, and transparent manner, and I literally personally look for, contact, and select personnel.
At first, there will be the briefing. We will work through the profile of the position and of the person to fill the vacancy. My questions will help to define your notions and expectations as exactly as possible, and together we will plan further action.
Then I will start the search process. I will make use of my extensive contacts, and I will contact potential candidates directly, I will place adverts and use the relevant online platforms, or an appropriate combination of these channels – depending on what we agreed on.
I will take care of all details, while you continue your daily business. You will receive written updates from me describing the essential steps. You decide on when to become involved in the search and selection process.
Finally, I will present you with a selection of suitable candidates. Upon request, I will also assist in the job interviews and regarding the final contract negotiations.
However, the signing of the contract does not mean the end of my work of which aftercare is an essential part. I will keep in touch with you and the new employee and support a seamless and trouble-free integration into the company.
